Kurt Noer initially launched Customer Magnetism by partnering with Goodman & Company of Norfolk, Virginia. Goodman is the largest accounting firm in Virginia. A majority of our first clients are still with us. As the list of our clients grew, so did our impact and the size of our staff. On January 1, 2003, Kurt purchased Goodman's portion of the company and moved Customer Magnetism from Norfolk to Virginia Beach.
