Every Friday morning, we have weekly all-staff training meetings to learn, discuss and share with each other the latest trends and discoveries.

Background
While serving full-time as the Marketing Director for a telecommunications company in the mid 1990's, our founder Kurt Noer came to the realization that leads generated from the search engines were converting at a rate far better than every other form of marketing combined. He then began focusing heavily on search engine optimization efforts while at the same time dramatically reducing their overall marketing budget. As a result, the company experienced record breaking sales and within the following two years the company's revenue increased by over 300%. Kurt knew that this was the future of marketing and began working on a business plan. Kurt Noer officially launched Customer Magnetism in May of 2000 by partnering with Goodman & Company of Norfolk, Virginia. Goodman is recognized as one of the largest accounting firms in the country. As the list of our clients grew, so did our reputation and the size of our staff and we are proud to say that our very first client is still with us to this day. On January 1, 2003, Kurt bought out Goodman's share of the company and moved the company from Norfolk to Virginia Beach. Over the years Customer Magnetism has continued to grow every single year and we helped hundreds of companies experience profitable growth.
