Our founder Kurt Noer first discovered the

initially launched Customer Magnetism
by partnering with Goodman and
Company of Norfolk, Virginia. Goodman is the largest accounting
and consulting firm in the state of Virginia and the third largest within all of the Southeastern states.
A majority of those very first clients are still with us to this day. As the list of our clients grew, so did our impact and the size of our staff.
On January 1, 2003, Kurt purchased Goodman's
portion of the company and moved Customer
Magnetism from Norfolk to Virginia Beach. Over the years
